Shakeology: The Workouts is divided into two comprehensive workout sessions that represent at surface value a very abrupt progression from easy to hard, but that actually can be interchangeably used to create a smooth transition.

“The 30” is a 30 minute exercise routine that covers all bases in a moderately challenging session that will be easily mastered over the course of a week or two. “The 50” is a 50 minute long routine based on  “The 30” but that expands and strengthens the workout to really push you to your limits.

A new practitioner will begin with “The 30” three times per week, then when he or she feels ready, may switch in “The 50” for one of those three weekly sessions. Eventually, it will be possible to do three 50 minute sessions per week which ensures a healthy level fitness.

The Shakeology of the Shake

Along with the workouts, of course, goes the Shakeology drink, which actually replaces one meal per day in its entirety, such is the potency of it. Just about every conceivable nutrient, supplement and de-toxifying compound can be found in the shake, so it takes all the hassle out of preparing healthy meals for one third of your day, everyday!

    what if im really over weight .. and i know for sure i cant pull those workouts .. specially the push up and whatnot ?
    which program is best for me ?

    im 242 lbs
    and 5.7 feet

      Hi Rosa,

      The workout has been designed in such a way that anyone can do it. So, all you need to do is pick up P90X program if you want to get fit and follow the videos step by step.
